Marcus manages large multi-year engagements. Eleven years in security consulting across ASEAN and Australia, with prior experience as in-house security manager at a regional insurer. CISSP, ISO 27001 lead auditor.

Senior Awareness Designer
Wei Hua designs the awareness curricula. Twelve years in instructional design across higher education and corporate learning, the last five focused specifically on security and risk topics. Master's in adult education.

Our team grows slowly. We hire when we have the work, we ramp gradually so each new joiner has time to absorb how we operate, and we say no to engagements that would require us to hire ahead of capability.
