Awareness curriculum design
Role-relevant micro-learning curriculum, natively produced in 14 languages, designed around behavioural-change principles rather than knowledge transfer.
Most awareness curricula are organised around topics — phishing, BEC, password hygiene, social engineering — and pushed to all employees identically. The structure is administratively convenient and pedagogically poor. Most of the content lands as irrelevant to most of the audience most of the time.
Our curriculum design practice starts from role and risk segment, not topic. Finance teams see BEC scenarios calibrated to their language; engineering teams see supply-chain compromise scenarios with package-manager and CI/CD framing; executives see executive-impersonation scenarios with calendar invitations and travel-booking language.
Underlying the role variation is a single behaviour-change framework. Each module is short — under seven minutes — and built around a single behavioural change, not a knowledge dump. Assessment is integrated, not a separate post-module quiz.
Content is produced natively in 14 languages, not machine-translated. The cost is significantly higher than translation; the engagement and retention data justifies it consistently across clients.
Typical deliverables
- Role-segmented curriculum design document
- Module storyboards and scripts in your priority languages
- Assessment item banks with anti-memorisation rotation
- Production-ready module files (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI)
- Integration support with your LMS or HRIS
Engagement model
Curriculum design is a one-off project that typically runs 12 to 16 weeks for a small role-segmented library, longer for a comprehensive global curriculum. We deliver the design and content; integration with your LMS or HRIS is normally a separate workstream.
