Most security awareness platforms ship reporting designed for the security manager — operational dashboards, cohort drill-downs, individual learner pages. That reporting is necessary and insufficient. It does not survive contact with a board meeting.
We build a separate reporting layer for executive consumption: short, narrative, comparison-driven, and explicit about which metrics matter and which do not. The board sees four metrics, with industry-benchmarked baselines, and a single page of qualitative commentary.
The benchmarking data comes from our active client population — anonymised, sector-segmented, normalised for organisation size. Clients receive the segment baselines relevant to them without seeing individual peer data.
Quarterly cadence is the standard. Some clients run monthly during their first year of building a programme, returning to quarterly once the programme is stable.

Engagement model
Reporting is normally bundled with a simulation programme but is available as a standalone retainer for clients who run their own simulations and want an independent benchmarking and reporting layer.
